Shen Xiaoping, the present chairman of Tongding group, born in September 1963, is a senior economist, a deputy to the People's Congress of Jiangsu Province and Wujiang city, a deputy chairman of Jiangsu Private Enterprises Promotion Committee, a standing executive member of Wujiang Industry and Commerce Association, and a trustee of Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunication, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Normal University, etc.
